Caroline Horsley has made Houston TX her home since 1996 and Spring Branch since 2000. She became a muti-family property manager and succeeded at her career until January of 2019. She then realized her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent “Knowing, living in and realizing all the amazing diversity that that the Spring Branch/ Memorial area has to offer has been wonderful. Understanding my community and the areas I work is one of the most important aspects of my real estate career” Spring Branch is attracting new and returning home buyers to the area everyday there is a lot of new developments coming right off of I-10″ Caroline’s experience includes extensive remodeling in a property management position including the office, models and choosing finishes for the entire property which was a high end property in the Memorial Park Area. She also handled all of the construction aspects of the property both in the apartments and out. She handled all the budgeting, advertising, sales, proposals and overseeing repairs while remodeling and picking out all high end finishes. She has also extensively remodeled her 1960 mid-century modern home in the heart of Spring Branch. Some of her volunteer experience has come in the form of being on the board of the Spring Branch Civic Association, Board member of PTA at her daughters school and member of Shadow Oaks Recreational Association. She is a former board member of the Spring Branch Moms Club. “One of the ways I have become very familiar with the Spring Branch area is I am a marathon runner and have enjoyed watching the area change and grow in the best way! I am the running realtor, literally and figuratively. I am always willing to go the extra mile for my clients” Caroline is married, has one beautiful daughter, two puppies and looooves Mexican food and margarita’s every Friday!!
