Texas REALTOR®: Wales Patterson

Wales has years of experience as an investor and property manager. He began buying income properties in 2011 and has been personally managing his properties ever since. Rosenthal Realty Services recruited Wales to join their real estate practice, which he did as a newly licensed real estate agent in 2019. Rosenthal Realty Services, LLC was formed to expand services to our buyer, seller, and investor clients.

Wales earned a degree in physics, and a master’s degree in business administration. He has over 20 years of experience working in a scientific research environment where he had the opportunity to work on cutting technology and develop a client focus and service based work ethic, as well as a certified project management professional (PMP) employed by technology companies providing software and services to clients. With his curiosity, client focused experience and years working as a PMP, he brings a broad set of skills and fresh ideas to Rosenthal Realty Services. Wales is incorporating his organizational, logistical, and management skills to streamline the real estate and property management challenges and he looks to grow our property management services to our residential investor clients.

I started investing in residential properties in 2010 and have been managing those properties ever since. I have recently earned my real estate sales agent license and am working with my long time mentor and now broker, Gayle Rosenthal at Rosenthal Properties.
