He spent most of his youth helping in the family business, closing real estate deals for oil company CEOs, entrepreneurs, and ambassadors in Caracas, Venezuela. Gerald believes a good real estate agent must truly care about his client’s needs, know the market area, be an excellent negotiator, answer the phone, and have integrity and honesty. Since becoming an agent, he has been helping clients looking to buy or sell primary residences, luxury condos, commercial and investment properties, as well as facilitating first-time home buyers who wish to acquire their dream home. Gerald also conducts international real estate transactions.
