After owning a successful printing company in New Braunfels, Marilyn Sue (Susie) Schwethelm, REALTOR® moved back home to Comfort. Susie decided to embark on a new career. Her father ran a real estate and appraisal business in Comfort for over 50 years. Specializing in the Comfort area, her knowledge of this Hill Country region will be an asset for both buyer and sellers. Susie is a native Texan and was born and raised in Comfort being the 4th generation of her family to be born here. During her 26 years in the printing business, she spent time in many different positions allowing her to learn a variety of skills: such as multitasking, communication, negotiation, and attention to detail.
