I started my real estate career as Director of Operations under a top performing broker in Houston, Texas. I processed transactions, conducted comparative marketing analysis, after-repair value and calculated buyer-estimated closing costs and seller’s net sheets. Since then, I have been in the field for a little over a year and I can definitely say that as a realtor, my client’s interest is my top priority. I work mainly with buyers and sellers in the McAllen, Edinburg and Weslaco areas. I pride myself on having timely communication that accommodates clients, great negotiation and precise attention to detail.
Personally, I love to please the people that I work with. What better way to do what you love and get paid to do it? I decided to pursue my real estate license because I love the experience of helping clients through all the stages of the buying process.
