Dr. Shavon Mariah Brooks, LMSW, HS-BCP, GRI is the CEO of Shavon Mariah Investments, LLC and sponsored by Fathom Realty. Shavon is a member of Austin Board of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®,Williamson Country Association of REALTORS®, The American Association of Notaries and licensed to practice Real Estate in the State of Texas. She is Board Certified Human Service Practitioner, Licensed Texas Behavioral Health Social Worker, Nationally Certified Anger Management Specialist. She was born and raised in Northern California and relocated to Austin, Texas to further her education and passion for Real Estate. She always had a passion for Real Estate and helping others. She is the founder of Shavon Mariah Social Services,PA and Shavon Mariah Social Service Luggage Foundation 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization. She is a practicing Behavioral Health Social Worker/Psychotherapist and decided to pursued her Texas Real License after realizing there is a gap in the lack of knowledge about ownership of property with individuals in the community and the lack of motivation to be able to own their own home. Shavon came into this career field to make a difference and if there is no need to own a home there is a need to rent. No matter if you are renting or buying the place where you call Home is somewhere where you should be proud to return to everyday.
