Whether it is your first time or 20th time, buying a home is a busy time of change. It is a new start and a new life. I am here of service to you: to guide you and take some of the stress away so you can be where you want to be…in your new home!

I am in real estate because I love it. I can see the possibilities. I have been buying, re-designing, and selling my own real estate for 30 years; from homes built in 1900 to the present. For the past 4 years, I worked in assisting folks through the process of buying newly constructed homes. I can guide you through selecting floor plans to designing your new home. Also, I will guide you through pre-qualifications; loan processes; and to your fabulous closing day with the Title Company.

My background is in Project Management of grants and contracts along the U.S.-Mexico border; and in TX, OK, NM, LA, and AR. I also did quite a bit of facilitation of meetings with senior staff; political appointees (all parties & levels of government); and community involvement in Superfund sites.

My family is from Mexico and I am originally from the El Paso, Texas – Juarez, Chihuahua area of the Texas-Mexico border; so I am fluent in Spanish. I have helped many first time buyers navigate through the process of qualifying and finding their new or existing home in a new country. We all have a variety of wants, needs and budgets. There is a HOME FOR YOU whether you prefer new or existing homes and whether your budget is just starting to grow or is now in full bloom.

About Me

I very much enjoy homes and I enjoy working with people so this job allows me to do both. It is all about what a person or family needs. I have enjoyed buying, re-modeling, and selling my own real estate as a hobby. I then assisted others in getting their new construction homes with various builders. I would be happy to guide you through pre-qualifications; loan processes; and to your closing day and new chapter.

A bit about me: I speak Spanish because my mother’s side of the family is from Mexico. My father was east Texas through and through. They met and the rest was history. I love both the border area and east Texas. I married a wonderful east Texas man and he pulled me away from the Dallas and Collin County area to the Kaufman County area. I am so blessed to have god-daughters; step-daughters, grands, and nieces and nephews. You never know where the journey leads you. I’d love to help you find your new home or sell your home to help you in your journey.
