About Me
Monica Perry grew up in the small town of Beckville, Tx. As the daughter of a business owner, Monica learned the importance of integrity and ethics. It was instilled in her the value of taking pride in her community and the significance of always helping your neighbors. Monica’s love for helping others has evolved into helping others find their dream home.
Monica graduated Beckville High School in 1987 and years later decided to pursue a college degree. Monica graduated from Panola College in 2014 with an Associates of Applied Science, Occupational Therapy Assistant and Magna Cum Laude. After working for several years, she was ready for a new challenge and decided to begin Real Estate School and received her Real Estate Sales person license in the Summer of 2020 and joined The Scarborough Realty Group as a REALTOR soon after.
Monica and her husband recently built a new home which gave her great insight into locating land and all the newest trends in the real estate market. This skill set will assist clients and customers in purchasing or selling their property.
In Monica’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, as well as, traveling and getting to know new people.
Monica is truly invested in the East Texas area. Her experience working one on one with others and truly listening to their needs will be an asset to both buyers and sellers.
