Brad is also admitted to practice before all the Federal Courts in Texas, The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and The United States Supreme Court. Brad is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, a Life Member of the Sheriff’s Association of Texas and a Life Member of the Coastal Conservation Association.
