About Me

There’s a picture in my home that says, “I’m not from the South, but I got here as fast as I could!” Born and raised in Upstate New York, I moved to Washington, DC to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University. After graduation, I stayed in DC and began my career in non-profit fundraising, followed by a career in marketing and event management.

Traveling for business afforded me the opportunity to visit many cities across North America. Can you guess which city I fell in love with? You guessed it – Austin! I was drawn to Austin’s active outdoor lifestyle, local art scene, beautiful Hill Country and friendly culture. I knew I had to live here and in 2017, I made the move!

In my spare time I enjoy kayaking on Town Lake with friends & my dog, trying out new restaurants, swimming, college basketball, cooking and volunteering at a foster home in Austin. I love to travel and never pass up the opportunity for an impromptu road trip and exploring a new spot in Austin.
