About Me
I joined Keller Williams Realty SWMC after receiving a Certificate in Real Estate License from Austin Community College. I hold a Master of Science degree in Oceanography and previously managed the Artificial Reef Program at Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for over 27 years. There, I creating marine habitat (“Houses for Fish”) with obsolete ships, petroleum platforms, and other materials and managed multimillion dollar projects.
Simultaneously, I also retired from the US Navy Reserves as a LCDR with over 27 years of service as an Intelligence Specialist and Oceanography Officer. Having served one tour in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2004), I understand the importance of service to our Veterans and Service Members in uniform.
I have lived in San Marcos, TX with my wife Rebecca (Family Nurse Practitioner) for 20 years and am active in many local groups. I currently serve on the board of the San Marcos River Foundation and am an active member of the Central Texas Fly Fishers, San Marcos Bee Wranglers, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and past president of the Hays County Master Naturalists Chapter.
As a life-long learner, I have earned several real estate designators such as GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) program to increase my knowledge of real estate issues.
