HI! I’m Dawn Stroud. I have a background in business, marketing, and insurance. After 24 years’ in medical administration with experience in rate negotiation and contracts, I made the decision to start a career in Real Estate.
I am a NAR (National Association of Realtors) member in good standing, an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) as well as an ABR (accredited buyers’ representative). I also have my GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute) designation – I love staying on top of the issues and constantly strive to learn as much as I can to assist my clients.
As a former Navy spouse, I have personal experience with relocations. I utilize all forms of technology to assist buyers (with emphasis on Veterans) such as live video tours and a YouTube channel for recorded videos.
Having bought and sold several personal homes in various marketplaces, I understand the clients’ concerns and anxieties associated with the homebuying/selling process. With extensive training in customer service, I utilize those practices with all my clients. I follow each step of the process as if it were my own to be sure my clients get the service they deserve.
