About Me
My name is Roseann Price. I am a wife and mother of three children who has lived in Texas Gulf Coast area for about 40 years. Love for real estate seems to have always been a part of who I am. It may have started with my grandmother who owned several homes throughout Galveston. Prior to having children, I worked as an administrative assistant in an established commercial real estate office. I purchased my first 2 homes before the age of 25, bought a HUD home, purchased numerous pieces of land to eventually build our dream home. From leasing, purchasing, selling or currently developing raw land for a commercial business, life has come full circle to getting my real estate license. My goal is to assist my clients to have a positive real estate experience in finding their own land or dream home.
