Kim’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Media Technology. Married to Billy Perry, a fellow Waller ISD employee, since 1998, they have a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is currently attending Texas A&M University.
