Coleen Baker recently joined Five Star Real Estate Services/Destination Services as a REALTOR® and Relocation Consultant. Having the knowledge and experience of twenty-five years in sales, design, scoping, estimating, and project managing various custom residential remodeling projects in the Houston and surrounding areas up to The Woodlands, Texas, is essential and helpful during the process of assisting Client’s to prepare to sell or buy their homes. Additional experience includes design and construction of Commercial Real Estate office buildouts and renovations. Making the transition to real estate sales was a natural progression and Coleen is totally committed to helping both buyers and sellers by negotiating the best deals for them. Coleen is most proud of the business relationships she has forged with her clients, who affirm their confidence with repeat business and referrals from friends and families throughout her remodeling career. I believe in listening to my client’s needs and using one hundred and ten percent of my skills and expertise to achieve their goals. Having been a long-time resident in the Spring and The Woodlands area, Coleen specializes in these areas. The real estate business is ever changing so continuing education and research of the markets are particularly important. She is a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) organization of real estate professionals engaged in every aspect of the industry. Coleen has traveled extensively and developed an appreciation for varied architectural tastes throughout the United States and Europe. Coleen has been a volunteer on the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo School Art Sales and Auctions and judge at their World’s Champion Bare-B-Que contest competition for over 20 years. Coleen supports the Abandoned Animal Rescue, Tomball, TX. Resident of Windrose West Subdivision/Eagle Lake in Spring.
