Allison Nickles was born and raised in New Jersey but is happy to call Texas home. She graduated Rutgers University, Cum Laude, majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology and minoring in Criminology. Allison spent years working in mental health and social services field before becoming a real estate agent. Through her 1,600 mile relocation, she was able to gain a full understanding of the hard work and dedication that goes into the relocation process and through her prior career the understanding of patience and empathy. She comes equipped with a can-do attitude, is prepared and dedicated to help assist clients with their real estate needs.

Allison received her Real Estate license, is an active Realtor and has earned the At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certifications. Allison continues to advance her career every single day and is excited to share her knowledge to help assist you in the home buying and selling experience. People are Allison’s passion, she enjoys learning about their wants, needs and goals and will stay focused in finding you your dream home.

Allison is a widow, who has two wonderful teenage boys and a house full of fur. Allison can be found boating, fishing, paddle boarding, at the local gym working out or instructing her cycle class.
