In 2003, Annie graduated from Texas State University, where she majored in print journalism with a minor in photography. This is an invaluable asset to her real estate career because writing and visual communication are absolutely vital for effectively marketing properties. Annie’s attention to detail, persistence, and calm demeanor make her a source of comfort for everyone she works with.

Beyond real estate, Annie is a local advocate for sustainability, actively addressing glass bottle waste in the Hill Country wine region. She is also a harmony singer who can often be found on stage, performing alongside her novelist/songwriter husband, Mike.

About Me

At age 14, Annie and her family moved to Fredericksburg, just before she started 9th grade. She fell in love with this town, and it has been her home base ever since. Though she has lived in several other states and cities, Fredericksburg pulled her back home in 2016. She and her husband, Mike, live west of town on 20 acres.
