Before joining Tigrett Real Estate, Stephen spent the better part of 45 years holding a variety of positions in banking, insurance, accounting, state government, promotional product sales, and most recently, a nine year tenure as a fishing and duck hunting guide here in Port O’Connor and Seadrift. He also owns and manages Captain Lawn & Tree Service LLC in POC which is in its 9th year of operation. In January of 2022, Stephen and his wife Brandy partnered with Mr. Tigrett to form First Mate Vacation Rentals, a subsidiary of First Mate Holdings LLC, with the goal of a rebrand and expansion of the 30 year tenured Tigrett short term vacation rentals operation. Add Real Estate sales to this and Stephen brings a wide variety of experience and knowledge in working with people of many different backgrounds and interests.

About Me

I have always had a passion for helping people navigate unfamiliar waters, literally as a fishing and duck hunting guide in Port O’Connor and Seadrift, and when we partnered with our broker to assume the vacation rental business in POC the next phase of my professional career had begun. Now that I am a Realtor helping find second homes and rental properties to buy and sell, I feel I can help you as well to navigate the area’s real estate opportunities.
