About Me
Tod Brooks is the owner and primary inspector for Alpine Inspections, Inc. He received his Professional Home Inspector license in 2007, and has conducted more than 5,500 inspections to date throughout the DFW area.
He is also licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture and has his certified applicator license; which allows him the ability to inspect for termites and produce WDI reports for his clients. Tod also maintains a national certification to inspect septic systems with National Association of Wastewater Technicians. He is truly a one-stop shop and can take care of all your inspection needs. He currently has two part-time inspectors working with him.
