The Lehman Local Board Governmental Affairs Achievement Award recognizes the local REALTOR® association that has demonstrated excellence in fundraising, grassroots involvement, and other local initiatives for the year. The winner is recognized during Winter Meeting in Austin.

Nominations may be submitted by an AE, TREPAC trustee, PIC member, local PAC or governmental affairs chair, or local GAD.

The award is named for Mark Lehman, who retired in 2019 as vice president of governmental affairs after more than 21 years of service to Texas REALTORS®.
