Runoff Recap: Great for Texas Real Estate

The May 22 primary runoff election in Texas proved to be an outstanding night for REALTOR®-supported candidates: 73% of REALTOR®-supported candidates—from both political parties—won their runoff elections.

• NAR and RPAC successfully supported one federal candidate
• TAR and TREPAC took positions in nine state legislative races and one judicial race
• Of those 11 races, eight (73%) won and will be on the November ballot for their respective parties
