What a new report says about the effects of staging a property

According to the 2017 Profile of Home Staging from the National Association of REALTORS®, 49% of buyers’ agents said that staging had an effect on most buyers’ views of a home. Of sellers’ agents included in the survey, 39% said that staging a home greatly decreased its time on the market.
